- Contents (List to be furnished)
- Rental amount and the months involved
- Aircraft Damage and Impact Damage
- Fire, Lightning and Explosion
- Escape of Water, Storm, Tempest, and flood
- Earthquake or Volcanic Eruption, Theft and Loss of rent or Alternative accommodation
Extra Covers without any additional cost:
Liability to the Public
- As a tenant and/or owner your liability towards Third Party– up to BD50,000/- any one occurrence and in the aggregate.
- Liability to Servant – Limited to two named servants only, limit of liability up to BD1,000/- any one occurrence and in the aggregate.
- Resulting in Death and /or Permanent Total Disablement due to an accident to the insured and /or spouse up to BD 1,000/- per person withy Medical expenses of BD250 per person
